If your a floater (you want to be a floater) you get different rates based on the site and how far you are sometimes if you are a flex you are set to a set rate if they ask you to go somewhere they aren't asking even if your being made to drive 1-2 hours away your rate is your set rate no more no less. As a floater you can deny posts or ask for compensation (more pph) or if they won't play ball you just tell then no simple as that if they get mad it's there problem not yours.

None. I was going to transfer to Texas and I asked that question, was told they don't offer that at all.
