Mr. Robert A. Johnson has been Executive Vice President of Specialty Operations at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. since February 2013. He is a career risk services professional with 26 years of experience in loss control, business process outsourcing, and casualty claims program design and marketing.

Dr. Teresa Bartlett, M.D. has been Senior Vice President and Medical Director of Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. since February 2009. As Medical Director for Sedgwick CMS, Dr. Bartlett is its Senior Advisor in matters affecting the design and delivery of medical management services for Sedgwick's claims clients. She provides strategic counsel and operational support in all areas of medical management including managed care, return-to-work, bill review, medical outcomes protocols, and health and safety matters. Dr. Bartlett advises and represent Sedgwick CMS in efforts to integrate the delivery of occupational and non-occupational medical services and in public policy matters affecting healthcare as part of the claims services process. Dr. Bartlett served as Senior Manager of Chrysler LLC, responsible for integrated health care and disability medical programs. During her twenty-year career with Chrysler, she managed their multi-state workers' compensation and disability programs, as well as Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) programs for Chrysler's Canadian operations. Dr. Bartlett served as Member of the steering committee of the Michigan Primary Care Consortium. The American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine awarded a team directed by Dr. Bartlett its 2005 Corporate Health Achievement Award for the development and implementation of a best practice clinical model. In 2008, She received the Health Care Hero Award from Crain's Detroit Business for workplace back pain mitigation initiatives. A graduate of the School of Medicine of the Technological University of Santiago, DR, she completed clinical internships in the Yale Affiliated Hospitals Program of the Yale School of Medicine.

Mr. Bradley F. Johnson serves as National Director of Disability Operations and Executive Vice President of Disability and Absence Management of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., and served as its Executive Vice President.

Mr. Donald F. Sloan serves as an Executive Vice President of Managed Care of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Mr. Sloan served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Medical Management Services at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. since January 2009.

Mr. Christopher E. Mandel, Chris has been Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. since January 16, 2013. In this position, Mr. Mandel is responsible for identifying growth and expansion opportunities driven by a clear view into the needs of customers and future customers. He has more than 30 years of insurance and large global corporate risk management experience. He is highly renowned as an industry thought leader and enterprise risk management (ERM) pioneer. He is perhaps best known for his leadership role at the United States Automobile Association (USAA), a $150 billion diversified financial services organization serving members of the U.S. military and their families in the areas of insurance, investments, and banking. As head of ERM, he led the design and deployment of enterprise risk management at USAA, which Standard & Poor (S&P) rated as excellent and a leader in ERM during its five evaluations of ERM at USAA during his tenure.

Mr. Darrell Brown has been the Chief Claims Officer and Executive Vice President of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. since April 2015 and served as its Chief Performance Officer since March 2013. Mr. Brown has to his new role more than 20 years of experience in claims management. He joined Sedgwick in 2001 as an assistant claims manager and subsequently served as area manager of the southern California region, leader of the company's workers' compensation practice, and managing director of its casualty practices. He previously served as an instructor for the American Insurance Educational Association, where he taught courses on workers' compensation case law. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from California State University at Northridge, a California self-insurance license, and the Associate of Risk Management designation.

Ms. Denise Fleury serves as Senior Vice President of Disability and Absence Management at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Ms. Fleury served as the Director of Risk Services for WorkWell Systems, Inc. and was responsible for Business Process Integration, Special Projects and Product Development, Measurement and Analytics and relationships with Insurers, Third Party Administrators, Brokers and Consultants. She more than 25 years of experience in occupational and non-occupational disability and absence management. For more than 15 years, she worked as a consultant to some of the largest employers in the country in the design and implementation of their programs. This experience includes operations management as well as strategic planning, business process improvement, organizational development, and change management. She was a senior consultant in the national absence management practice at Mercer. Her other prior positions include director of risk and insurance for a Fortune 100 company and director of the State of Minnesota's workers' compensation program. Ms. Fleury has BA from Macalester College and an MBA from Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Jon Wroten has been Senior Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Quality of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Wroten drives compliance and quality initiatives across Sedgwick, and his skills pivotal in helping it continue to meet and exceed regulatory requirements while delivering improved outcomes for clients. In addition, he continue to advocate for fair and equitable reform across the industry. Mr. Wroten served as Chief of the California Office of Self Insurance Plans in the Department of Industrial Relations and retire from state service at the end of the month. In that position, he oversaw the nation's largest self-insurance workers' compensation market, managing regulation, compliance, underwriting and enforcement efforts for more than 7,100 public and private entities in the state. Previously, he served as a senior manager with the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA). During his career, he also worked as chairman of the board of the Safety Center of California and as president and chief executive officer of Security Resources Corporation, where he was recognized twice as an INC. 500 Chief Executive Officer. He also served as the DIR director's delegate and trustee of the California Self Insurers' Security Fund.
