
As an STNA it's probably good to be ready to be mostly solo on your own doing your assignment. Except when you have to transfer a patient out of bed or back in bed. Having more than 10 patients depending on staff available, shift and bed capacity in the facility you work. Being sent to get blood for patients, taking patients to CAT SCAN, transfer to car to go home.
