Mr. Gregory E. Murphy, also known as Greg, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Selective Insurance Group Inc., since May 2000. Mr. Murphy has been the Chairman of Selective Insurance Group Inc., since May 2000, Chief Executive Officer since May 1999 and as its President since 1997. He has played an integral role in Selective's growth as a super-regional property and casualty (P&C) carrier. He served as the President of Selective Insurance Group Inc. from May 1997 to September 2013. Mr. Murphy served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Selective Insurance Group Inc. from 1999 to 2000. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Selective Insurance Group Inc. from 1997 to May 1999. He has been a Director of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since 1997. Mr. Murphy has been a Director of Newton Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc., since September 1999 and Trustee of the American Institute for CPCU (AICPCU) and the Insurance Institute of America (AIA), since June 2001. He serves as a Member of Board of Governors at Property Casualty Insurers Association of America. He has been a Director of Property Casualty Insurers Association of America since 2008 and Director of Insurance Information Institute since 2000. He holds B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. He has completed his Advanced Management Program from Harvard University. Mr. Murphy is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Michael H. Lanza has been the Chief Compliance Officer of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since July 2004 and has been its Executive Vice President since October 2007. Mr. Lanza has been the General Counsel of Selective Insurance Group Inc., since August 24, 2004. He is responsible for Selective's legal department, as well as regulatory, ethics and compliance, internal audit and legislative and government affairs functions. He served as a Senior Vice President of Selective Insurance Group Inc., and Selective Insurance Company. He joined Selective Insurance Group, Inc., in July 2004 with extensive securities, compliance and insurance experience. He served as Corporate Secretary at Selective Insurance Group Inc. Mr. Lanza served as an Executive Vice President of QuadraMed Corp. since September 2000 and as its Corporate Secretary since December 2000. He left Quadramed Corp. on February 28, 2003. He has Various legal and public affairs positions at CIGNA Corporation, including Vice President & Assistant General Counsel of CIGNA International; Assistant General Counsel, Business Practices at CIGNA Healthcare; and as Assistant General Counsel of State Government Affairs from November 1993 to September 2000, Political Consultant and attorney in private practice specializing in real estate development, finance and work out from 1986 to 1993. He is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the New Jersey In-House Counsel Bar. He is a Member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and the National Investor Relations Institute. Mr. Lanza holds Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Mr. Gordon J. Gaudet serves as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since May 2013. Mr. Gaudet is responsible for all Information Technology operations at Selective. He has an extensive information technology experience in the insurance industry. He was a Partner and Chief Information Officer of The Actuarials Exchange, LLC, where he was responsible for all technology. Mr. Gaudet has extensive experience in management and technical consulting, large-scale program design and delivery, software vendor selection, software development and systems integration for custom and package solutions that support technology-enabled business transformation. He was responsible for technology strategy and assessment, as well as full life-cycle execution in many insurance sub-sectors, including property and casualty insurance. Mr. Gaudet consulted with Selective on several projects over years and served as an Interim Chief Information Officer since 2000, where he assisted with the successful excess and surplus lines integration. For six years at C-Change, Inc., as Solution Delivery and Technology Leader/Partner and was responsible for the technology strategy, policy and investment decisions. For 35 years, Mr. Gaudet has significant understanding and appreciation for the challenges and complexity of insurance information technology organizations. He spent nine years as a Director and co-lead of Deloitte Consulting's Insurance Core System Transformation Practice in Chicago and Systems Integration Advisory Boards for Program/Project Management and Delivery Methods and Tools. Mr. Gaudet holds Computer Science from University of Manitoba, Canada.

Mr. John J. Marchioni, CPCU, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Selective Insurance Group Inc. and Selective Insurance Company Of America since September 2013. Mr. Marchioni served as an Executive Vice President of Insurance Operations at Selective Insurance Group Inc., since February 2010 and is responsible for property & casualty operations and managing the underwriting and claim organizations and agency relationships. Mr. Marchioni served as a Chief Field Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Selective Insurance Group Inc. from October 2007 to February 2010. He was responsible for implementing Selective Insurance Group Inc.'s personal lines strategy and managing operations of the personal lines strategic business unit. He served as the Chief Field Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Selective Insurance Company Of America, a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group Inc. He served as a Vice President of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since August 2005 and Senior Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting of Selective Insurance Company of America, from August 2005 to October 2007. Mr. Marchioni previously served as Vice President of Selective's commercial mercantile/service strategic business unit. He joined Selective in 1998 as a Government Affairs Specialist and served as its Department Director since 2000. Since 2000, he served as an Assistant Vice President of government affairs of Selective and also served as its Vice President, Director of government affairs since 2003 and Vice President of strategic business unit leader since 2004. Prior to joining Selective, he served as Vice President of government affairs at the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. Mr. Marchioni holds A.B. from Princeton University and completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program. He also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Mr. Robert J. McKenna has been Senior Vice President of Enterprise Architecture, Information Security and Disaster Recovery at Selective Insurance Company of America since August 15, 2013. Mr. McKenna serves as Senior Vice President Enterprise of Architecture and Information Security at Selective Insurance Group Inc. Mr. McKenna served as Vice President of Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering for ITS Department at Selective Insurance Company of America until August 15, 2013. Mr. McKenna served as Vice President of Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering for ITS Department at Selective Insurance Group Inc. since March 2010. Mr. McKenna served as Vice President of Infrastructure Planning & Integration for ITS Department at Selective Insurance Company of America since March 2007. He served as assistant vice president, infrastructure planning and integration at Selective Insurance Group Inc. Prior to Selective, Mr. McKenna served as a Senior Engineer/Team Lead for Prebon Yamane. Mr. McKenna earned a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and an MBA from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. In addition, he attained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Mr. George A. Neale serves as Chief Claims Officer and Executive Vice President at Selective Insurance Group Inc. Mr. Neale has been Chief Claims Officer of Selective Insurance Company Of America since May 2013 abd as its Executive Vice President since May 2015. Mr. Neale served as Senior Vice President of Selective Insurance Company Of America since May 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Claims Officer for Commercial Insurance and General Manager of Claims for Commercial Markets at Liberty Mutual Holding Company, Inc. until April 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Selective Insurance Group Inc. Mr. Neale served as General Manager of Claims at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company until April 2013. He joined Selective in April 2013. Mr. Neale has B.A. in Economics from Duke University in Durham, NC and attended the Wharton School for Insurance Executives at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.

Ms. Brenda M. Hall has been Chief Strategic Operations Officer and Senior Vice President at Selective Insurance Company Of America, a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since May 2015. Ms. Hall served as a Director of Field Underwriting and Information Strategy at Selective Insurance Company Of America since March 2009. She served as Vice President and Director of Field Operations at Selective Insurance Company Of America, a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group, Inc. Ms. Hall joined Selective in October 2001 and held a number of managerial positions at Selective's regional underwriting offices. Ms. Hall served as an Assistant Vice President and Underwriting Manager of Selective's Southern region. She served as an Underwriting Specialist at Zurich Specialties in Dallas, TX. Ms. Hall is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and hold a B.A. from Mount Union College in Alliance, OH and a Master's degree from Webster University in Leiden, the Netherlands.

Mr. Anthony D. Harnett, also known as Tony, has been Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Selective Insurance Company Of America since June 14, 2016. Mr. Harnett has been Corporate Controller of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since 2008 and has been its Senior Vice President since March 2010. He joined Selective in September 1999 as a Senior Accountant and held various finance positions over the next few years before being promoted to Assistant Vice President and Assistant Controller of Selective in July 2005. Mr. Harnett is also a Member of the Accounting Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Mr. Harnett holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Albright College in Reading, PA and earned the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) designation in 1998.

Mr. Allen H. Anderson serves as Chief Underwriting Officer of Personal Lines and Senior Vice President of Selective Insurance Group Inc. Mr. Anderson joined Selective in March 2006. He served as Senior State Manager of Encompass Insurance, a division of Allstate. Mr. Anderson holds a BS in Business Administration from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.

Ms. Sarita G. Chakravarthi serves as Senior Vice President of Tax and Assistant Treasurer at Selective Insurance Company Of America, the subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group Inc. since May 16, 2012. Ms. Chakravarthi serves as Senior Vice President of Tax and Treasurer of Selectve Insurance group since May 2015. Ms. Chakravarthi served as Vice President of Treasury and Taxation of Selective Insurance Group Inc. and Selective Insurance Company Of America from March 2007 to May 16, 2012. Prior to Selective, Ms. Chakravarthi served as Senior Tax Manager for Aetna, Inc. She holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Madurai University, India, a Masters in Tax from the University of New Haven, New Haven, CT and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT. Ms. Chakravarthi has received the Certified Public Accountant designation from the state of New Jersey and has been a member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
