Mr. Carlin G. Conner is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of SemGroup Corporation since April 1, 2014. Mr. Conner served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. from 2014 until September 2016. From 2012 until 2014, Mr. Conner served as Managing Director of Oiltanking GmbH (???GmbH???). Mr. Conner also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Oiltanking Partner's General Partner from 2011 to 2012 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Oiltanking Holding Americas, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GmbH from 2006 to 2012. Previously, from 2003 to 2006, he worked at GmbH's corporate headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. He joined Oiltanking Houston, L.P. in 2000. He began his career at GATX Terminals Corporation and served in various roles, including operations and commercial management. From April 2014 to October 2014, Mr. Conner served on the Board of Directors of the general partner of NGL Energy Partners LP. He graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science.

Mr. Thomas D. Sell served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at Rose Rock Midstream GP, LLC since March 15, 2016. Mr. Sell has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at SemGroup Corporation since March 15, 2016. From 1996 to 2016, Mr. Sell served in a variety of finance, accounting and financial reporting roles for The Williams Companies, Inc. He served as Staff Vice President of enterprise accounting for Williams since 2013, as Vice President of Finance & Accounting, midstream from 2008 to 2013 and as Assistant Controller from 2005 to 2008. From 1996 to 1998, he served as a Director of Financial Reporting for Mapco, Inc. From 1987 to 1996, he served in various staff and management audit roles for Deloitte & Touche.

Ms. Susan Lindberg has been Vice President and General Counsel at SemGroup Corporation since June 19, 2017. Ms. Lindberg has 25 years of experience in the energy business and expertise in, among other areas, corporate governance, complex transactions, energy regulation and shaping company strategy.She has extensive legal expertise in the energy sector. She served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Eni US Operating Co. Inc. Ms. Lindberg joined Eni, a major integrated energy company based in Italy, in 2006. Prior to Eni, Ms. Lindberg was Assistant General Counsel at Duke Energy Corp. Previously, she was with Enron Corp., where she joined as Senior Counsel for Enron Transportation Services and later served as a Director of Government Affairs. Ms. Lindberg began her career as an Associate in the energy section of law firm Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP after earning her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas.

Mr. Robert N. Fitzgerald, also known as Bob, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Rose Rock Midstream Holdings, LLC. Mr. Fitzgerald has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of SemGroup Corporation since November 17, 2009. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Rose Rock Midstream GP LLC at Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. since August 2011. He serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Semoperating G.P., L.L.C. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Arrow Trucking Company from 2003 to 2006. He served as Vice President of Finance at Williams Communications Group from 2000 to 2003. He served as Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions at Amoco Corporation from 1995 to 1998 and Internal Auditor / Accounting Supervisor from 1981 to 1991. He served as Manager of Planning & Analysis at Amoco Corporation from 1993 to 1995 and Manager of Financial Controls from 1991 to 1993. He served as chief financial officer of Windsor Energy Group in Oklahoma City from 2008 to 2009. He served as executive vice president of LinkAmerica Corp. from 2006 to 2008. His experience includes 19 years with BP Amoco in Chicago, Houston, Denver and Tulsa. He served as a Director of Rose Rock Midstream GP, LLC from August 2011 to September 30, 2016. He is an Executive Advisory Board of University of Tulsa College of Business Administration. He has served as President and member of the Board of Directors of University of Tulsa. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is also a CPA. He has an MBA from the University of Tulsa in 1988 and a BBA from Western Illinois University in 1981.
