Hardworking, every single one. A team that goes above and beyond, even with their plates overloaded. All this masks the mismanagement of the company by executive leaders and many of their directors.
Adequately staffing departments and executives being held accountable for their blunders, bad judgemental, and incompetence. I detest fixing their screwup because the have an inability to learn, grow, or adapt! My job is complicated by their incompetence but my work makes them appear competent.
Start with hiring competent leaders that's gained their position based on past experience and expertise. Listen to the folks that know and are invested in the company succeeding and in our customers' experience and pocket books. Innovation should be a way of life not a gimmick that drains resources.
