Mr. Christopher E. French serves a Director and of First National Corporation of First Bank. Mr. Pirtle served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. from September 2015 to January 20, 2017. Mr. Pirtle served as Vice President of Wireless at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. since August 2013. He served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. until August 2013. He served as the Vice President of Sales for Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. since April 2004 and served as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Wireless and Wireline. He served as Vice President of Shenandoah Personal Communications Company from November 1992 to October 2003. Mr. Pirtle served as Vice President of Personal Communications Services of Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. from November 1996 to October 2003. He joined Shentel in 1992 as Vice President of Network Services, was responsible for its technology decisions and maintenance and operation of its networks ??? telephone, cable, cellular, paging and fiber optics. He is a Co-Founder of the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council. He helped launch Shentel's Internet business in 1994 and led its wireless PCS business beginning in 1995. Mr. Earle A. MacKenzie has been the Chief Operating Officer of Shenandoah Telecommunications Company since May 27, 2003 and has been its Executive Vice President since June 2, 2003. Mr. MacKenzie served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Shenandoah Telecommunications Company from November 7, 2017 to November 2017. He served as the Treasurer and Principal Accounting officer of Shenandoah Telecommunications Company until November 2007 and served as its Chief Financial Officer, from June 2, 2003 to November 2007. He has almost 30 years of telecommunications industry experience, having served positions in accounting, finance, marketing and sales, human resources and executive management. He served for a range of organizations, including Contel, Arthur Andersen, startup ventures and consulting firms. Mr. MacKenzie served as President of Broadslate Networks, Inc., a start-up data services provider, from May 1999 to November 2002 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as a consultant to several venture capital firms from June 1998 to May 1999. His telephony experience includes 13 years with Contel, holding positions in both their regulated telephone organization and later as part of the team which started Contel's cellular business. While at Contel Cellular, he was instrumental in helping to develop that business into one of the top 10 wireless carriers in the United States. Mr. MacKenzie received a BBA degree from the College of William and Mary and has been a CPA since 1974.

Mr. Thomas A. Whitaker, also known as Tom, has been Senior Vice President of Cable at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. since January 20, 2017. Mr. Whitaker has 27 years of experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. from September 2015 to January 20, 2017. He served as Vice President of Network Operations at Broadslate Networks. Mr. Whitaker's telecommunications experience began in 1984 working for Henkels and McCoy installing fiber optic cable along railroad right-of-ways for Sprint Communications. He served as Vice President of Cable at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. since August 2013. He served as Vice President of Operations at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. until August 2013. He joined Shentel in 2004 through the Shentel acquisition of NTC Communications. He is responsible for the ongoing operations and maintenance of Shentel's Cable, Wireline and Wireless Operations. He served as Chief Operating Officer of NTC Communications, LLC. He supports the Network Operations Center and Data Operations groups for Shentel. From 1984 to 1989, he served on fiber optic projects throughout the U.S., installing over 100 regeneration and point-of-presence facilities. In 1989, he co-founded Nat-Com, Inc. in Valley Forge, PA. As Vice President of Nat-Com, he was responsible for the development of over 700 cellular transmission sites for major cellular service providers and in 1994, developed the first PCS sites in the nation for APC in Washington, DC. In 1996, he joined N-telos of Waynesboro, VA as Director of Wireless Operations and was responsible for the development of their digital wireless network. In 1999, he joined Broadslate Networks of Charlottesville, VA as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Whitaker is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV.

Mr. Edward H. McKay, also known as Ed, has been Senior Vice President of Wireline & Engineering at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. since January 20, 2017. Mr. McKay served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Planning at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. from September 2015 to January 20, 2017. Mr. McKay served as Vice President of Wireline & Engineering at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. since August 2013. Mr. McKay served as Vice President of Information Technology at Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. until August 2013. Mr. McKay joined Shentel in 2004 and is responsible for network planning and engineering for Shentel's networks. He has 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including previous engineering management positions at UUNET and Verizon. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned M.E. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering.
