I love so many facets of working at Simplus. The team we have put together is incredible. I have regular meetings with my manager and my director and receive continual feedback. Simplus is quick to praise success and yet still able to have the tough conversations regarding lessons learned. They are all part of the continuous improvement and growth process.

Weekly 1on1 meetings with your supervisor and daily scrum meetings provide valuable feedback.

I have the option to work remotely but I still go into the office most days (by choice). I can honestly say I like going to work.

Simplus does a great job at maintaining work/life balance. There are occasions when a project may require longer hours, but this is the exception, not the norm.

We have gone to concerts at the Vivint Center, sporting events, etc... all in all, they are fun.

First, I love the people I work with, there really is a collaborative spirit and a real sense comradery even though we are spread out across the country. It's fairly flexible as most people work out of their home offices and provided you get your work done and are available during business hours there is flexibility.

SImplus as a whole is growing quickly. The MS, CLM, CPQ etc... are all growing at a rapid rate.

It is great, they do a good job of ensuring you have a life outside of work.
