I understand benefits are part of compensation but doing a comp analysis I found similar roles to be regarded higher than a junior level. The value I add to my project is in line with an associate or senior associate. I feel a market adjustment should be considered.

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Simplus?
Informal
It was a great experience overall. My interviewers really wanted to make sure I understood the culture and that the company was a good fit for me. At no time did it feel "high pressure" or scripted. All in all a good experience
What's the best part of your job at Simplus?
I love so many facets of working at Simplus. The team we have put together is incredible. Couple that with maintaining the culture and comradery that Simplus was built on, my coworkers are definitely the best part of my job. I also love the fact that as a thriving company there are numerous opportunities to develop as a professional and grow your career.

How's the vacation policy at Simplus?
Unlimted PTO. Take care of your projects and clients, don't abuse it.

How secure do you feel at your job at Simplus?
I feel very secure. There is a good amount of feedback regarding performance.
Frequent 1 on 1 meetings with my direct supervisor and transparency from the executive team help me to feel very secure at Simplus.
What kind of people succeed at Simplus?
As cliche as it sounds, people who buy into the company values will succeed. Accountability and stewardship are important in ensuring we always take care of our clients and our team members. Collaborative problem solvers with an underdog mentality will flourish here. It is a fast-moving environment so flexibility is also key.

How can I improve my chances of being hired at Simplus?
Get to know the company. Simplus is involved in a number of the Salesforce user groups across the US, they are a great way to meet current employees and get a feel for the company first hand.
You can improve your chances of being hired at Simplus by having strong professional and personal references. Have a track record of critical thinking, stewardship, and can do attitude will help you be a good fit on the team.
How's the feedback proccess at Simplus?
I have regular meetings with my manager and my director and receive continual feedback. Simplus is quick to praise success and yet still able to have the tough conversations regarding lessons learned. They are all part of the continuous improvement and growth process.
Weekly 1on1 meetings with your supervisor and daily scrum meetings provide valuable feedback.
How do you feel about going to work at Simplus everyday?
I have the option to work remotely but I still go into the office most days (by choice). I can honestly say I like going to work.
Going to work is fun, challenging, and rewarding.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Simplus?
Simplus does a great job at maintaining work/life balance. There are occasions when a project may require longer hours, but this is the exception, not the norm.

I feel challenged. Our management team checks in on a regular basis to see how you are feeling about your engagement in your role. There are always ways to take on added responsibility or challenges here.
Always challenged to grow and develop new skills. You are also rewarded for your growth.
What are the team outings like at Simplus?
We have gone to concerts at the Vivint Center, sporting events, etc... all in all, they are fun.

It will take time to get up to speed here. Relax, and breathe...

Morale is the highest of any company I have ever worked for.

Open layout.
Mostly bullpen with a large meeting/training space in the middle of the office. Lots of breakout and meeting rooms.

Why work for Simplus?
First, I love the people I work with, there really is a collaborative spirit and a real sense comradery even though we are spread out across the country. Second, Simplus really does practice what it preaches when it comes to culture and core values. Third, who wouldn't want to be part of this rocket ship. The growth is staggering, the opportunity for professional development and advancement are amazing and the future is bright, jump on and join the ride!

How flexible is your work schedule at Simplus?
It's fairly flexible as most people work out of their home offices and provided you get your work done and are available during business hours there is flexibility.
What part of Simplus's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
SImplus as a whole is growing quickly. The MS, CLM, CPQ etc... are all growing at a rapid rate.
How's the work life balance at Simplus?
It is great, they do a good job of ensuring you have a life outside of work.
How does Simplus make decisions around promotions?
I am not sure.
