The hours worked at SiteTraker are more intense than those at other sales jobs, due to the emphasis on outgoing pipeline development. Results prove this to be a very successful method of work and it is reinforced from the CEO on down. To say you work a 40 hour week there is much more intense than 40 hours elsewhere, and with better results and therefore better pay.
The vibe is positive, optimistic, and motivating. Like most sales jobs, the hours are whatever it takes to get the job done.
