What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at SiteTraker? How many hours are you working?

I find most work over or well over 40 hours, but more often then not, they are choosing to do it because they are interested in what they are building

I work anywhere from 12-15 hours a day. This is not typical and I would say the average is anywhere from 9 to 10 hours per day.

Great peers and a fun culture. Most of us work at least 50 hours per week and have a hard time getting time off though.
