the CEO is amazing, he is not only leading the company with our investors and normal guidance, he is actually involved in sales so that it bolsters the spirit of the company. CAn't think of a thing he is doing that can be improved, best CEO I have ever worked for

The CEO is great at pumping people up to work hard. The CEO seems to have a tendency to micromanage employees well beneath him which makes it difficult for their managers to manage them effectively.
