Don't be afraid to ask questions. The Sitetracker software is complex and you need to give yourself time to learn it. The good news is that everyone here is eager to help you come up to speed.

Dress down and relax. The culture at Sitetracker is very relaxed. The managers and other peers are here to help you, they're great teachers. Don't be afraid to ask questions or say "I don't know"

Get to know your team and learn how to fit in. We all work well together, and we work best together when we have a sense of comradery.

Schedule as many information meetings as you can. Everyone is very willing to share and to connect with you so take advantage!

dont work over the required hours, some managers and even the exec team expect around the clock work
