The leadership team is very poor at communicating the decisions they make and what their overall strategy for the company is
You have to threaten to leave in order to get a raise or higher compensation, otherwise it is average or slightly below and they do not promote easily.
Turnover is really high and employees do not feel valued at all, we need a major culture shift to boost morale and I think we need more communication and transparency from leadership, it feels like they only treat employees as numbers
