
As I mentioned I have been around a while, but one of the best things about the interview process is that all of management gets involved. It really shows the dedication to culture when the whole executive team including the CEO & President practically hand pick each employee.

At work its most exciting when we wrap up a large job. We are constantly busy, but those large engagements just bring a lot of big energy to them. The quality of our team means there is always a smiling face greeting you when you get here and saying goodbye when the day is done.
Snap36 has a get it done culture. We are encouraged to work together to achieve both our personal goals, but the company goals as well. I often have to lean on the studio team to help me during the sales cycle and occasionally I get the change to repay that by unloading trucks or baking a cake.
What can I say about this awesome team. Due to a very low turnover over the years many of us have become family! We all truly believe in the mission of this company and work together to achieve it. We know how to put our heads down and get work done, but also have a lot of fun along the way.
