Our leaders "walk the walk" by arriving early, full of passion for our company and enthusiasm for the day. I've worked in some low-morale offices and this is the exact opposite--thanks to leadership walking the floors, encouraging employees, and solving problems as they arise.

Snap36 puts people first. Our leadership team has an open door policy that allows unmatched accessibility, but more importantly they listen! If there is a process that needs changed they are quick to listen to suggestions from the people who actually use it instead of just pushing down new processes

My team has a culture of inclusion, enthusiasm, and group-support. We brainstorm ideas, openly communicate and improve those ideas, and then the group looks forward to executing on plans together.
There is a great team culture where everyone's opinion matters.
The team is always working to stay ahead of our competitors and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. With a little work hard play hard attitude it makes working here at Snap36 fun.
What can I say about this awesome team. Due to a very low turnover over the years many of us have become family! We all truly believe in the mission of this company and work together to achieve it. We know how to put our heads down and get work done, but also have a lot of fun along the way.
Better communication, better utilization of resources/tools
Everyone just gets along even though we have diverse backgrounds.
People here are open to dissenting ideas. We have a healthy "devil's advocate" culture where we look to hone good ideas by challenging them to be better. However, we have those conversations in a comfortable, midwestern style. It's a really positive environment.
Snap36 has a get it done culture. We are encouraged to work together to achieve both our personal goals, but the company goals as well. I often have to lean on the studio team to help me during the sales cycle and occasionally I get the change to repay that by unloading trucks or baking a cake.
The most positive about our culture and environment is that everyone gets along really well. I look forward to coming into work everyday, mostly due to my coworkers.

It was a relaxing interview just talking about stories
The interview process introduced me to a variety of different roles and departments within the company, so I had a good sense of company culture when I was making my decision.
As I mentioned I have been around a while, but one of the best things about the interview process is that all of management gets involved. It really shows the dedication to culture when the whole executive team including the CEO & President practically hand pick each employee.
Although they ask tough questions, I felt comfortable and not nervous while interviewing because everyone was so personable during the process.

Working with the people I work with.
I look forward to coaching and advice from my boss. She challenges me to be better every day, but also follows through with support and guidance.
The people we work with both internally and externally. I believe the services that we are creative and the work requires communication between the internal teams and our clients. Getting to know my co-workers and my clients on a personal level makes work enjoyable.
At work its most exciting when we wrap up a large job. We are constantly busy, but those large engagements just bring a lot of big energy to them. The quality of our team means there is always a smiling face greeting you when you get here and saying goodbye when the day is done.
