
There is so much I can contribute.
Overworked, underappreciated and top management ignores key guidance that would make the company better. My boss lacks leadership and shows poor accountability.
There is a great 'story' for the company culture, but the reality is a fractured/segmented mindset among various groups that should work more effectively together; and myopic (at times, ignorant) leadership decisions that ignore facts and make gut decisions that go nowhere.
