I think that it is steadied effort
The best part about our leadership team is the vision and direction they are moving the company towards.

Being decent humans to their reports and to the team overall
Learn empathy and have a zero tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall package is very fair
Overworked, underappreciated and top management ignores key guidance that would make the company better. My boss lacks leadership and shows poor accountability.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being called a Yeti is cute.
There is a great 'story' for the company culture, but the reality is a fractured/segmented mindset among various groups that should work more effectively together; and myopic (at times, ignorant) leadership decisions that ignore facts and make gut decisions that go nowhere.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value competence over compliance to something that makes zero sense.
