When many of the various (and often times challenging) intellectual concepts start to click and I'm finally starting to get my groove. What makes me most happy is being able to make our customers happy and leave them feeling like we are professionals who won't let them down and truly care about them

As someone who joined the team in between managers, it has been a little challenging, but I'm a self starter and I don't necessarily need a manager. I need a team I can rely on and who will answer me promptly, empathetically and accurately and so far my team has been nothing but top-notch.

Being remote and new, I don't feel I have the right to comment on this particular question in a fair manner. So far so good though and my favorite part of the environment is the go get em' attitude. Socureans just get it done and its extremely motivating to want to actively contribute to our success

They are hands-on, they truly care about the success of the company in all aspects and if that means jumping in on an incident to help smooth things over they most certainly will. Everyone is of that mindset and I love it because it gives me the drive to be my best self and make the execs proud.
