They are hands-on, they truly care about the success of the company in all aspects and if that means jumping in on an incident to help smooth things over they most certainly will. Everyone is of that mindset and I love it because it gives me the drive to be my best self and make the execs proud.

20% higher than competitors plus annual bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It is the smartest group of people I have ever worked with
Smart team and good diversity of perspectives in hiring.
Some really good people who "get it" and are good people.

Learn to work for the org, don't pretend to be supportive when you don't want to work with a person

Being remote and new, I don't feel I have the right to comment on this particular question in a fair manner. So far so good though and my favorite part of the environment is the go get em' attitude. Socureans just get it done and its extremely motivating to want to actively contribute to our success

The variety in the types of individuals I spoke with. Socure makes sure that you will fit in well with just about every key person you will interact with on a daily basis, which is so important.

When many of the various (and often times challenging) intellectual concepts start to click and I'm finally starting to get my groove. What makes me most happy is being able to make our customers happy and leave them feeling like we are professionals who won't let them down and truly care about them
