
Meh, the CEO is a face. Sony is a conglomerate so employees mainly deal with their direct supervisors and those that supervise their supervisor. The CEO is untouchable by the "little people". Chances are, if your name isn't in Variety or google searchable as a "somebody" within the company...you would hardly get the opportunity to provide feedback on any interaction with him.
CEO's have been talking about "One Sony" for a long time. With the class structure of entitlement and benefits that are created and designed only for the top executives, there will never be any incentive for the leaders to change anything.
