What do you like best about the leadership team?
The feedback provided to grow, and their autonomous nature.
The belief of upper management on its down the line subordinate employees keeps us motivated to work till the last mile.

being more inclusive and friendly with their employees and being respectful in the way that junior employees are treated by more senior employees.

Treating their employees better. Stop organizing meetings in the middle of the night then wonder why people complain.

I want stocks and better pay. Cali taxes are so high that i want more pay

Lots of cats! are they illegal in office? i bring them in daily.
It just feel like home i mean you do a job and not expect pressure or little bit trouble then that your problem i have worked at Microsoft,samsung,apple,lg, and phillips too as you can see Iam pretty experienced but in sony case Its so much better now go and get a job at sony

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
decrease the work stress and dont threaten employees for not being able to complete work to a high standard as a result of a lack of adequate time given to complete tasks.
Change in leadership from very top
Work/life balance, team building, more active/organized diversity ERGs, actually feeling like One Sony instead of it being a joke across different divisions

What did you like most about the interview process?
they made the company look very good during the interview process however after joining I realised what i had actually sighed up for. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! they seemed so friendly at first
It was relatively short process
interviewers are willing to listen and open to questions

We work with interesting and pleasing products. Working with R&D is exciting.
