being more inclusive and friendly with their employees and being respectful in the way that junior employees are treated by more senior employees.

There aren't departments for roles throughout SIE. In many cases, an engineering manager will have QA direct reports or vice versa. Because of politics, those without proper managers can't get the support they need without looking outside the company.
