Drastic negative changes from the exec team over the past three months. Customer service has tanked, and employee morale is at an all-time low. Many employees are leaving.

What can this brand most improve?

The contract and pricing is criminal. 3 years and absolutely no way to cancel. By far the worst setup of any GPS/kill switch provider.
