Interviews are very technical. No glimpses are given into what's going on at Spirochem. No possibility for personal visit from abroad was offered. In order to make the interviews better, Spirochem has to give more information about what to expect working for them.
The most customer projects get delayed due to unrealistic deadlines and wrong planning. Technical employees receive projects with insane deadlines without having planned activities in advance and get only pushed. Way to improve: Leave realistic planning to those who can do it and don't push them.
