There is no consideration and no trust
Being constantly put under pressure and overloaded with unrealistic amount of work and projects with extremely short deadlines. Working hours are insanely long. In order to compensate for all this, salary has to increase a lot.
The salaries are far below the average salaries in the area and working hours are insane. Salary has to be increased massively.
Great and sweet people, the only problem was the leader of this team
Good team bonding that gives the will to finish the job.
The most skilled and talented coworkers leave very fast, because they are treated disrespectfully and even get blackmailed. In order to improve the situation, company has to value the true knowledge and skills and not slackers.
The best people leave the company, because they aren't being valued and get under pressure from the CEO.
Learning and supporting each other
Improve management skills, listen to what good technical coworkers say, treat people with respect, pay employees what they deserve, stop putting employees under pressure and stop blackmailing them.
The management and especially CEO have to learn the value their coworkers and their time.

Interviews are very technical. No glimpses are given into what's going on at Spirochem. No possibility for personal visit from abroad was offered. In order to make the interviews better, Spirochem has to give more information about what to expect working for them.
Very technical, no insights about the company. They are grabbing inexperienced graduates very fast. Many interviews take place online only without opportunity to visit the company from abroad.

The most customer projects get delayed due to unrealistic deadlines and wrong planning. Technical employees receive projects with insane deadlines without having planned activities in advance and get only pushed. Way to improve: Leave realistic planning to those who can do it and don't push them.
Lots of customer projects are massively delayed: They get promised impossible things. Then the time pressure is relayed on the technical team members who create solutions at impossible deadlines. Micromanagement by incompetent managers makes the things worse and even slower.
