recruiters never ghost you and are very responsive

Organized, structured, responsive, answering the candidate's questions.
Our managers are very friendly and down to earth.
Make sure recruiters are in touch with both the interviewer and the interviewee. Make sure the recruiter touches base with the candidates consistently through the process.

You guys need to update the information, I feel like we would have a higher conversion rate if we had information more recent than 2019. There's a lot of complaints everyday about stuff being outdated. Also...one customer also brought up that other sites are including court records in their trial.
Meetings are often fairly dry.
