I've been working at Spokeo for over 10 years. Throughout my time here, I've seen the company evolve and grow for the better. Being more customer-centric and always allowing their team members to voice their ideas and opinions. The benefits Spokeo provides are also some of the best out there.

I think where we live in California is just insanely expensive. I have to work a second job to afford to live here.

Our managers are very friendly and down to earth.

Make sure recruiters are in touch with both the interviewer and the interviewee. Make sure the recruiter touches base with the candidates consistently through the process.

Executives are resistant to change proposed by new teammates.

You guys need to update the information, I feel like we would have a higher conversion rate if we had information more recent than 2019. There's a lot of complaints everyday about stuff being outdated. Also...one customer also brought up that other sites are including court records in their trial.

Meetings are often fairly dry.
