Having positive people to work with.
Interviewers were positive and less intimidating.
Having a manager who understands your wants and needs. Being able to communicate all issues (big or small). Having great coworkers who you can count on. Being able to be excited for my job duties.
Communication. Whether or not there's miscommunication, being able to bring up important matters is what's important. Also, being able to work smart and not hard allows us to work around each others' schedule.
I strongly believe that with empathetic managers who seek better opportunities for their employees, they will be motivated and work harder with a better sense of responsibility. I would feel better if both manager and employee share the same goals and want better opportunities for one another.
