    Maternity Leave From the date of birth, 14 weeks leave are granted to employees based in Switzerland, paid 100%. From the date of birth, 8 weeks leave are granted to employees based in Chicago or New York, paid 100%. 6 weeks of paid disability after giving birth and an additional two weeks of maternity leave is granted.. Paternity Leave Regardless of the location, 2 weeks are granted to new fathers; paid 100%. These 2 weeks must be taking within the first 3 months.
