Not very employee friendly. Always an excuse or reason you can't have time off. Be prepared to request time off well in advance. Holidays and weekends are almost mandatory and almost impossible to get off. So if you are not willing to work a shift between 5am to 10 pm and work weekends and Holidays stay away
