Get paid dollars less than my peers. Get paid less than people who just got hired even though i have more experience. I would feel better if i got paid as much as my other peers in similar positions.

There is a "build up" philosophy. What I mean by that is that they invest in the employees through regular training, including vendor training. You KNOW your products. This means that you never feel left out.
