Communicating effectively with team members and customers

New leaders who care about their job in order to teach the new employees correctly, not as they go along. People who aren't real bakers or deli person are thrown to the wolves without guidance. I'm a product of this bad leadership

Treat your associates better. I have never seen a company more proud of their turnover rate. Just some advise for the leadership team...... high turnover means that the company is terrible.

See previous comments. Core managers are not hands on in our stire, rather the congregate smong themselves and never jump in with helping hands. They actually refuse to perform the tasks if hourly employees, even when their stores are short of help.

Get paid dollars less than my peers. Get paid less than people who just got hired even though i have more experience. I would feel better if i got paid as much as my other peers in similar positions.

Benefits are terrible, pay is terrible. I quit this terrible company and I am doing amazing at its competitor, where I get treated like a human being.

Sprouts store encourage cliques and bullies. A few people do all of the work, while favored groups (latinos and LGBTQ) are allowed to do much less.

That I wasn't ghosted when I attempted to transfer to another position at a different store.

The people made the interview smooth

Sprouts looks for people before skills. Skills can be taught, personality can't. If you're friendly, outgoing, and willing to learn, that will go further. And if the position you apply for isn't a fit yet, they will offer another open position.

Stop using an automated email system to screen people.

New managers and a somewhat competent interview.

We’ve had countless people hired on who then work one or two days and then quit the company. I would make the interviews more rigorous and check with previous companies about the interviewee

My position and coworkers are the best! I just wish we could get paid what we deserve

I keep coming back to culture, but that is what makes me excited to go to work. The customers are great too, you're encouraged to get to know them and so it feels more like personal shopping.

Store manager Fay in Eastvale Cali location should treat people better. She does not care about anyone but herself, and the worker in produce that she is messing around with.
