What did you like most about the interview process?

That I wasn't ghosted when I attempted to transfer to another position at a different store.

The people made the interview smooth

Sprouts looks for people before skills. Skills can be taught, personality can't. If you're friendly, outgoing, and willing to learn, that will go further. And if the position you apply for isn't a fit yet, they will offer another open position.

Variety of questions, the recruiters make you feel valued and they seem interested in you

The transperamcy and the communication

It was almost 13 years ago. Frim what i rember it was just s normal process.

I thought the amount of time taken to get through the background check was considered a symbol of the company's not cutting any corners for its security

HR people are just as rude and self centered as the management team. Terrible company to work for.

No one knows what they are talking about

Stop using an automated email system to screen people.

New managers and a somewhat competent interview.

We’ve had countless people hired on who then work one or two days and then quit the company. I would make the interviews more rigorous and check with previous companies about the interviewee

Ask questions relating to a person's skillset and preference, and use those to match that person to the right department.

Be more open to giving someone a living wage

Stop laying when interview set the picture as it is sometimes someone will accept the offer based on how they paint the picture and not by what it really is

I've learned at this company that they will tell you anything you want to hear and its all lies. Ive been completely let down. I left a competitor store because I was promised more hours and a very good possibility of a promotion, since I started I've been demoted out of nowhere and given no reason.
