In my store there is one assistant store manager who is fairly easy to get along with, although he makes clear that he doesn't have the time to deal with anyone's concerns.
I wished they cared as much as I do
I love my managers, they are fair
Following the "rules" and refraining from excessive favoritism. They set unreasonable, unattainable expectations on their employees. It is always their, regardless if their iwn infractions and violations.

Communicating effectively with team members and customers
New leaders who care about their job in order to teach the new employees correctly, not as they go along. People who aren't real bakers or deli person are thrown to the wolves without guidance. I'm a product of this bad leadership

Treat your associates better. I have never seen a company more proud of their turnover rate. Just some advise for the leadership team...... high turnover means that the company is terrible.

Learn to communicate. One person tells me to clock out so I do and then someone else yells at me and says I must not want my job. I was denied covid pay and nobody can tell me why. Nobody in a leadership role seems to have a clue what is going on
