Sprouts store encourage cliques and bullies. A few people do all of the work, while favored groups (latinos and LGBTQ) are allowed to do much less.

They need to repect their coworkers

First of all they need to show up for work and do their job and not just be on their phones and headphones watching Netflix and movies leaving the store unannounced just doing whatever unannounced and no leadership

The manager need straighten out. All about thete bonus they get regular

Team playing,respect and focusing on the job and customers instead of someones personal life

They need to be more involved on helping with customers

Do a better job at cleaning up after themselves as well as do a better job cleaning the deli department. When I browse my department to plan my departments needs for the shift, the slicers are filthy and caked with cheese and meat crud, and the "washed" dishes are greasy still.

Negative energy from managers down to the coworkers

No communication between departments. Toxic environment clearly affects them; their hatred of the job is obvious. One person drops profanities right on the sales floor on a regular basis.

Actually do their job and not act like this is high school.

Work together as a team more.
