The interview process was the hardest part. Often I felt I would never get the interview. I think the company needs additional people in HR, but leadership states they prefer adding slowly.
The most positive aspect I think is the openness and transparency. This seems to be honestly trait of the owner of the company and you can tell it passes down throughout leadership!

The leadership team has great empathy and a clear vision that resonates with us all. They truly act like "partners" and not acting like a boss LOL. It is really inspiring their willingness to listen and their openness to new ideas. Its something I have not experienced before in my prior jobs.
