the leadership team is really effective, responsive, and supportive..I think their fast execution comes from the military backgrounds of many of our leaders which brings a strong sense of discipline and efficiency

Company operates with military precision: clear directives, focus on the task at hand, and decisive action. As in MIL service, trust in the chain of command is paramount.
The leadership team has great empathy and a clear vision that resonates with us all. They truly act like "partners" and not acting like a boss LOL. It is really inspiring their willingness to listen and their openness to new ideas. Its something I have not experienced before in my prior jobs.
I appreicate the supportive and strong leadership at the company. Clear direction and fostering open communications. No micro-managing, allowing each team member to make decisions and contribute their skills and expertise.
