StubHub – Ive been trying to get one of the employees to let me talk to someone higher up who can help me. They all refuse! My issue still hasnt been resolved. And im definitely never using stubhub again. Terrible customer service.

I'm really happy with the work I've been doing at StubHub - our entire organization has a great, strategic vision for what's upcoming, while also ensuring that our existing product / company remain successful. The team is also full of incredibly smart, driven, and humble people, which is great.

Opportunity to improve not only existing approaches but also to envision entirely new avenues. This included ideating success metrics, implementing new tools/processes, and creating entirely new teams. By creating growth this way, we are now able to achieve outsized results.
