Compensation seems to be set based on personal favoritism and perceived "loyalty" rather than skills and experience.
The "team" is not a cohesive team at all, and does not work collaboratively on anything. Our manager behaves in a way that creates an environment of competition and mistrust.
StubHub was an incredibly positive, fun place to work, with so many bright people. This is slowly deteriorating as people leave and as the new leadership does nothing to encourage this positive culture.
There is very little communication regarding short, medium, and long term goals and strategy. There is no link between what we do on a day to day basis and the strategy/goals of the company. There is so very little communication or executive presence from leadership to employees.
I am not challenged and bored. I don't get to use any of my skills or experience. This culture seems to be driven by top leadership. Managers need to be selected based on their skills in managing people and running teams rather than loyalty to or personal relationships with Viagogo leadership.
