How employees describe working at Sunday River Skiway
Passionate, talented and hard working
True agony. Long hours, hard, hard work, demanding bosses, upset customers, generally pissy staff members- not a great experience.
The customer service reps (i.e. front desk workers, servers, maid service) are all exceptional- they just work at a horrid establishment. The new carpets in Grand Summit help, but there were roaches infested there pre-covid, so new carpets was necessary. I'm grossed out at Sunday River now.
You go to work anxious because you never know what you will be doing for the day, but it generally involves doing more than one persons job, but only getting paid for one. We are always scrambling for something. It is a madhouse every time I work and it's stressful to no end. Do not work here!
