The people that are working here are great people. They are people that work hard and really grind it out in a very difficult market.
Key leaders in the company are not paid market rate. Recruiters and CSMs are paid extremely well, especially top producers. Pay is too low for leaders that are driving the business.
We look for people that have the will to get the job done. Skill matters but with our company culture, the willing to do what it takes matters more. We can teach the skills but cannot teach motivation.
