
Everyone is stressed, egos are larger than life, overall knowledge and skill levels are misaligned and leadership does nothing to support team building/development so the vibe is stressful and everyone is bitter
My previous comments should speak to this, but the company will never succeed as long as the current CEO is leading the charge with the existing management team. They NEED to figure it out.
The culture is so bad. Everyone gossips, leadership is awful, morale is worst I’ve seen in my career but managers don’t care or do anything to try to help build spirits within their own teams much less the company as a whole.
Leadership team is scattered and overwhelmed, no clear goals or holistic approach for cross department functionality, leadership egos and micromanagement mixed with lack of knowledge in the space and toxic energy makes it very difficult to stay inspired and focused on company goals and success.
