Employees are encouraged to learn about and be involved in work across the company and are not limited only to their specific teams and roles. Additionally, teams are frequently showcasing their progress and communicating their goals to the company at large.

They know their employees well, and they are personally involved in the on-boarding and hiring processes. They also have a clear vision for the company and work to communicate this, as well as the principles of GNSS technology, to everyone here.

Even though I am new to the company, my coworkers trust my judgement and give me the freedom to propose and spearhead projects. However, I also have mentors available to me and am not completely on my own when I need something.
