
In a few words - Be Ridiculous, take ownership, transparent messaging from executives. No one is going to hold your hand re: work/life balance - the company has a wellness committee that provides opportunities and stipends to prioritize your work/life balance - and the general approach is "you're an adult, you should know how to take care of yourself" - which I love. But tough for others to assimilate to if they come from a very structured / bigger company.
