TE has a flex work policy but at the base, it will depend on your role. If you work in production you obviously have to be there on campus. If you work a job that could be flexible then it is up to a discussion with you and your boss. Flex can mean some days in office/some days home; fully home for a period of time; longer hours some days and shorter hours others, etc. Lots of options, but if your role isn't suitable for a flex work situation then you likely won't be granted it.
It depends, varying on your job (is it possible to do from home?), level (non-exempt employees are typically required by state law to only clock hours in their place of employment) and your boss’s preference. I’m my experience, they have been reasonably flexible, especially during snow storms and other weather events.
