Handling money and taken care of people
The company is having financial problems. Employees are quitting to work elsewhere.
We have taken 15 steps backwards in the 3 plus years with Amerino Gatti as our CEO. He is making the employees take furloughs and pay cuts due to his poor decision making.
Low pay, overworked, lack of support and high turnover rate
Shit company thst was ruined by rhe CEO.
