The pay is decent for years of service

Did the job of 3 people, verbally abused, treated terribly by newer HR staff. High turnover and constant stress.
The company lacks unity and cohesiveness.

My team is qualified and my team has a good work ethic.
My coworkers working in the current conditions and putting up with the termoil

Exec's treat the lower employees like they're disposable and a number.
Company seems like it will be sold soon . Way to much upper management
