Probably transparency, but that transparency feels like propaganda at times with only very selective positive information shared.
Vetting the effectiveness of systems and strategies before heavily investing in them. Listening to ideas from others and not dismissing them as different or wrong. Respecting the organization's values and focus.
I'd like to really feel like they appreciate us genuinely as people and the incredible work we do. I'd like to see them listen to us when we bring problems forward and involve us in solving them.
