Executive team needs to start valuing their employees more
it was efficient and short
I think they need to start thinking of better stategic plans vs current way of planning which changes every year including company goals (of next 5 years)
No one in the company knows my education or experience, i dont think i am utilized fully. TMF has so many talented people but leadership doesnt have time to understand people's talent
