I'm just a number my experience and suggestions arnt welcome I'm degraded. If I can make a difference my credit is taken. Honestly it's horrible! I have never worked under worse people. I now struggle with deep depression and anxiety every day

Extremely focused on safety! Willing to go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable doing the job assigned. TTC listens to what you have to say and is willing to make changes that make sense. There is no issue/concern too small for even the Plant Manager to listen to.
