They listen to my input and value my opinion. I have seen many times where there was casual talk about production and the next day we would see steps being taken to improve a shortcoming. This proves initiative, and making sure employees feel like part of the team.

The supervisors and management teams don't work together. More less becomes a egotistical competition. Any time I have constructive criticism or ideas I all of a sudden an issue.

The sick/appt/vacation time available even as a new employee is very competitive! Supervisors are more than flexible to make sure your personal needs are met. They understand how much time you dedicate to the company and truly believe your family comes 1st!

Other local manufacturing plants are hiring at a $4-$6 higher wage. Others are paying for their employees health insurance. Many prefer to promote and hire from within. I feel I'm typically trading my physical and mental wellbeing for wages that just barely allow me to get by, but not by much.
Very supporting team, open culture
The ability to get out product with little to no actual direction from managers.
I have recently migrated to a new team. I was extremely nervous since I have really only know one team for the last few years. My nerves were quickly set to rest when my direct supervisor immediately introduced me and my intended role. He left nothing to question. I'm very happy with my team.
Regardless of the insufficient management and poor work environment my coworkers continue on.

The are customer focused, so we aim to solve problems and deliver effective solutions. This means each individual feels like they are contributing to the greater aims and objectives.
Leadership and management. Corporate getting involved? Instead of micro managing employees micro manage management.
The interviewer was friendly and likable.

No continuous improvements. Complacent supervisor and management. People are just broken down and told to deal with poor situations.
